WHO WE ARE
Our Roots
Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make change happen in our environment in the Philippines, especially in our waters. Here at Poseidon Project, we work together and share our ideas that will fuel our passion to create an impact on the activities that we are involved in.

PHILIPPINE LAW ON WATER PROTECTION
RA 9275 - The Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004
“The Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9275) aims to protect the country’s water bodies from pollution from land-based sources (industries and commercial establishments, agriculture and community/household activities) It provides for a comprehensive and integrated strategy to prevent and minimize pollution through a multi-sectoral and participatory approach involving all the stakeholders.”

FAQ
WHAT DOES OUR LOGO MEAN?
Our logo consists of Poseidon's trident and hand-waves. The trident shows that we can control and create change in reducing water pollution. There are three main colors on the trident, which are the Philippine flag colors (blue, red, and yellow), because the Poseidon Project was founded in the Philippines after the alarming increase of water pollution. The waves below the trident are in the shape of hands which symbolizes that together as one Filipino community, we can spark a difference in the initiatives we are involved in.
